The full terms are on the terms page. ## A day at camp - **Morning**: English and academic lessons - **Midday**: Lunch in the dining hall - **Afternoon**: Sport - **Evening**: Dinner and house activities Phones are handed to house staff on arrival and kept safely. House staff arrange calls home, and you can always reach the camp team. ## Afternoons and evenings ### Batik Painting Campers rank their preferences, we allocate to maximise first choices. Activities include Batik Painting, Board Games, Boarding House Chant & Flag, Bottle Rockets, Campus Quest, Canvas Painting, Cooking & Food Skills, Culture & Movement. ### Evenings in the boarding house ## Meals Three meals a day in the school dining hall, plus snacks. The kitchen is halal, with vegetarian options at every meal. Tell us about allergies and diets when you book, and the kitchen plans for them before your child arrives. ## Getting here Epsom College Malaysia is about 20 minutes by car from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Flying in yourselves? Land at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and send us the flight details. ## Where parents stay Tune Hotel KLIA2 is connected to the klia2 terminal and about 20 minutes by car from campus. Parents who want to be nearby, and the families of day campers, can book it at the camp rate. Day campers are dropped off and collected each day. Parents cannot enter the boarding houses. You can visit campus by arrangement with the camp office. ## How to book - **Choose a date**: Press "Book this date" in the table above. You see the full price before you pay. - **Enter two sets of details**: Yours, and your child's name, date of birth and nationality. That is all for now. - **Pay or hold the place**: Pay in full, pay a deposit, or reserve now and pay later where the date offers it. - **Complete the profile later**: Medical, dietary and activity details go in your account before camp, when it suits you. ## Where camp can lead Epsom College Malaysia is a British boarding school, and camp is a chance to see it from the inside. Ask us about a visit or the entrance test. ## Questions parents ask ### What is the age mix? Campers are placed with their own age group in class and in the boarding houses. ### What happens after I book? We email you, and your account lists the camper profile and forms to complete before camp. ### When do you ask about dietary needs and medication? After booking. You add dietary needs, allergies and medication to the camper profile in your account before camp. ### How will I know my child arrived? We email you when your child is checked in at camp. On a chaperoned flight, the chaperone sends an update at each step of the journey. ### What if my child is unwell? The school's Sanatorium is on campus, with medical staff on duty. We tell you the same day. A member of staff goes with your child to any treatment off site and stays. ### Who can collect my child at the end? Only you or an adult named in your account. They must show identification. ### Who looks after my child? Epsom College Malaysia boarding staff and the camp team, in the school's own boarding houses, with staff on duty through the night. ### What about allergies, medication and diets? Add them to your child's profile after booking. The kitchen and the nurse plan for them before your child arrives. Medication is handed to staff at check-in in its original packaging. ## If your plans change - Cancel more than 60 days before the first day of camp and the fee is refunded, less an administration fee of RM 500 per camper. - Cancel 30 to 60 days before and half the camp fee is refunded. - Cancel fewer than 30 days before, or after camp has started, and no refund is due. - You can move once to another date or camp in the same year, free of charge, if you ask more than 30 days before the camp you booked starts, a place is free, and you pay any difference in price. A later move is treated as a cancellation and a new booking. - If we cancel a camp, you choose: a full refund of everything you paid us for it, or a move to another date. - If you asked us for a visa support letter when you booked and we issued it, a refusal you show us in writing before camp starts is refunded in full, less the administration fee. Any other visa refusal follows the dates above. - Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 14 days of us confirming the refund. - Please hold travel and medical insurance for the whole trip, including cancellation.
