# Food is part of the experience, not an afterthought

Fresh, balanced and made for growing athletes and curious minds. Halal kitchen, allergy-aware, with options for every camper, from every country.

## How the kitchen works

Three meals a day and snacks between them, served in the dining hall on campus. Breakfast before the first session, lunch between programme and sport, dinner with the house, and fruit or a snack mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Water is available at every venue and campers carry a refillable bottle; sugary drinks are not served.

The kitchen is halal. Dietary needs entered at booking (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, intolerances, religious requirements) are shared with the catering team and the house staff before camp begins, and the kitchen keeps an allergen list for every dish on the menu. Ask us if a diet needs more than the standard options.

Menus rotate across the week and mix Malaysian, Chinese, Korean and Western dishes, with vegetarian options at every meal.
