## Specialists for lessons

Enrichment programmes are designed and taught by subject specialists, most of them serving teachers or academics.

## Checked before camp

Background-checked in their home country and in Malaysia, and trained in safeguarding before their first day.

## A director on site

A camp director is on site for the whole camp and supervises everyone who works with campers.

## How we choose the people

Every camp is led by a named expert, not a rota. Sport is coached by the academies' own staff: Mouratoglou, LALIGA and GOLFZON Leadbetter send certified coaches who teach their method the same way they do at home. Enrichment programmes are designed and taught by subject specialists, most of them serving teachers or academics, and every expert works to a written programme agreed before the season.

Everyone who works with campers is background-checked in their home country and in Malaysia, trained in safeguarding before their first day, and supervised by a camp director who is on site for the whole camp.
