Ask the camp team anything, or leave your details and we will tell you when places or dates open.

Applications from Early Years to Sixth Form, boarding from Year 6, and ECM Libra Foundation scholarships for academically gifted students from across ASEAN.
Epsom College Malaysia welcomes applications for Early Years, the Prep School, Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9), Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) and the Sixth Form. The main intake is in August, and admission during the year may be considered where a place is available. Boarding is offered from Year 6 (age 10).
Year 7 is for students aged 11 to 12 at the start of the year, Year 9 for 13 to 14, Year 10 for 14 to 15 and Year 12 for 16 to 17. The school year follows the British pattern of three terms, so a student moving from a UK or international school continues without repeating a year.
Full boarding, weekly boarding and day places are offered. Families overseas choose full boarding; families within reach of Bandar Enstek often begin as day or weekly boarders and move to full boarding as sport or study demands grow.
The process is the same for every applicant. Scholarship candidates also apply to the ECM Libra Foundation, described below.
Ask the camp team first. We establish the year group, the entry date and whether an academy pathway or a scholarship is in view, then introduce you to the school's admissions team, who take the application from there.
The application form is submitted with the last two years of school reports, a copy of the student's passport and a reference from the current school. Reports in other languages are accepted with a translation.
Applicants sit assessments in English and mathematics, with reasoning papers for younger years and subject papers for Sixth Form entry. Assessments can usually be taken online under supervision, so a family abroad need not travel to apply.
A senior member of staff interviews each applicant, in person or by video. The interview is a conversation about interests, reading and ambitions rather than a test, and parents are welcome to ask their own questions afterwards.
A written offer sets out the year group, the start date, the boarding arrangement and any award. A signed acceptance and the registration deposit secure the place. The school then begins the student pass application for international students.

Generously supported by the ECM Libra Foundation, Epsom College Malaysia offers full and partial scholarships to academically gifted students from across ASEAN. These are the scholarships the school publishes.
Scholarship applications are made directly to the ECM Libra Foundation. The foundation and the school's admissions team confirm the criteria, the deadlines and what a given award covers; we do not quote figures on this page.
The school does not publish a sports scholarship. A tennis, golf or football player who hopes to train full time with Mouratoglou Academy Malaysia, GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy or LALIGA Academy Malaysia should ask the admissions team what, if anything, applies to them before assuming an award.
International boarders study on a student pass sponsored by the school. The admissions team lists the documents needed, submits the application and tells you when to expect a decision. Allow several weeks between acceptance and arrival for the process to complete.
The campus is twenty minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. New boarders can be met at the airport and escorted to their house, and chaperoned travel is arranged at the start and end of each term. Where a local guardian is required, the school and our team will advise on arrangements.
The whole process can be completed without a visit: video consultation, online assessment, video interview and a virtual tour. Many families then see the campus for the first time when their child attends a camp, and treat the camp as a trial term.
Applications are accepted throughout the year, but places at the popular entry points fill early. Where you can, begin the process a year before the intended start date; the admissions team will confirm the current position for your year group.

Yes. Applicants sit assessments in English and mathematics, with subject papers for Sixth Form entry, and are interviewed. Assessments can usually be taken online under supervision.
Yes. Consultation, assessment, interview and tour can all be done remotely, and the school begins the student pass application once the place is accepted.
The school publishes one scheme: full and partial ECM Libra Foundation scholarships for academically gifted students from across ASEAN, applied for through the foundation. The foundation and the admissions team confirm what an award covers; we do not quote figures on this page.
It can. A camp is the easiest way for a child to see the school at work before anyone commits, and a family that wants to go further is introduced to the admissions team, who explain the next steps.
Ask our team, and we will introduce you to Epsom College Malaysia admissions and, where it fits, the academy coaches.
Tell us your child's age, the year you have in mind and what you would like to know, and our team will reply.
