Over the camp: 10 hours of drills and technical work, 10 hours of tactics and strategy, 10 hours of fitness and 2 hours of match review. On court, one coach works with four players.

Three meals a day in the school dining hall, plus snacks. The kitchen is halal, with vegetarian options at every meal. Tell us about allergies and diets when you book, and the kitchen plans for them before your child arrives.

Day campers are dropped off and collected each day.

The coaches see your child train every day, and your child sees the campus and the house. Before camp ends, the coaches tell you plainly whether a full-time place makes sense and what it would ask of your child and your family. A player who is ready can apply to Epsom College Malaysia as a full-time boarder and train with the academy every day around lessons. Scholarships, where offered, are decided by the school through its own admissions process.
The Intensive Camp is beginner and intermediate friendly. The Competition Camp is for players ready for match simulations, competition and daily tactical feedback.
Each tournament is entered on UTR at least 7 days before it starts. The player or parent registers.
Phones are limited during camp, so players focus and make friends.
Clothing for one week, at least 2 rackets, tennis shoes for hard courts (clay shoes optional), sunscreen, mosquito repellent and a padlock. Laundry runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
RM 50 to 100 a day, or at least RM 300 for the camp. A debit card is highly recommended.
