What the fee includes

If your plans change

• Withdraw more than 60 business days before the programme starts and the fees and any security deposit you paid us are refunded, less a cancellation fee of RM1,000 and any transaction costs, such as bank transfer and payment gateway fees.
• Withdraw after that but before the programme starts, with a reason we accept in writing, and you receive a credit note for the fees paid, valid for one year, less a deferment fee of RM1,000. Without such a reason, the fees paid are forfeited.
• In either case, any security deposit is returned to you, less transaction costs.
• Once the programme has started, nothing is refunded for withdrawal, late arrival or days missed, including through illness.
• If we cancel or change a programme, we offer a refund or new dates, at our discretion.
• If events beyond our control cancel or delay a programme, you receive a credit note for the fees paid, valid for one year.
• Money paid to others, such as transport or hotels, is not refunded by us.
• Please hold travel, personal accident and medical insurance for the whole programme.
